EMAIL requesting troubleshooting tips. Please be advised it it almost
impossible for me to help you troubleshoot your appliance unless I am
standing there with you. I get calls and emails all the time wanted
questions answered - there are just to many details and variable for me
to try and diagnose it over email or phone. there are very few items I
recommend servicing in the microwave. Magnetron, door switches, basic
stuff. if it is something else I recommend replacing unit. even if it
does match the décor of your kitchen.
